REHAB TO HOME PROGRAM
Encore’s Rehab to Home program is designed for short-term rehab stays that are goal-oriented. Patients work with expert physical, speech, and occupational therapists to receive a therapy plan that’s 100 percent customized to meet their functional goals and needs.
Our progressive therapy gym has segmented areas for optimum recovery. Active stimulation and functional exercises are included in our aggressive therapy program with the goals of:
