Our caregivers take the time to learn meaningful details about each resident, creating a true bonding experience. We take the time to truly understand what makes our residents light up. Trusted relationships with residents blossom into friendships. Whether it’s bringing them tea in the afternoon, reading them a book, or telling a good joke, we go to great lengths to keep our residents smiling. This philosophy of personalized care makes it easier and more enjoyable for our residents to reach the goals they set for themselves.

Cory Gatte

With a heart of gold and commitment to providing excellent care to Encore’s residents, Cory Gatte is a ray of sunshine for residents, their families, and other caregivers. He is eager to please and brings positivity to every aspect of our community, from joining group activities to visiting with residents.
Our residents love Cory so much that when they are discharged to go back home, they often say they will miss the caring community they temporarily called home.
In addition to being a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator in Louisiana, Cory has an accounting degree, but found himself drawn to the long-term care industry. With 12 years of senior care experience, he has found his true calling at Encore. Cory is an active member of the Crowley Chamber of Commerce, and serves on two boards, including the Leadership Excel and the LSUE Foundation.

Crystal Broussard
Director of Nursing+
Director of Nursing, Crystal Broussard, RN, has a daily mission to be the eyes, ears, and voice for Encore residents, ensuring them a comfortable and joyful life. She leads the Encore community with her heart, creating an uplifting atmosphere where people feel welcome and loved.
From personal experience with her mother and her extensive nursing career, dementia care and helping older adults holds a special place in Crystal’s heart. She is most passionate about caring for others and doing the right thing at all times, so it’s no surprise when residents say, “It makes me feel good and happy on the inside to see you here.”
Crystal brings over two decades of nursing experience to our Encore community, and is an integral member of Healthy Acadia Parish Alliance and the American Nurses Association.

Angelique Credeur
Community Outreach/Admissions Coordinator+
Angelique Credeur spends her time at Encore streamlining communication within the communities and making days brighter for residents. When she’s not encouraging awareness and education on Alzheimer’s disease, she acts as a wealth of information on many other healthcare topics for residents, families, and the Encore community.
While Angelique is used to hearing from residents that she’s “a lifesaver,” she continues to be a delight for anyone who crosses her path. With over 10 years of experience in long-term care, Angelique is a valuable asset to the Encore team. As a former trainer and entrepreneur in the women’s fitness industry, she brings extensive knowledge on wellness coaching and nutrition.
Angelique continues to be an active member of the Crowley Chamber of Commerce for over 20 years and currently serves on the board. As a past President of the Crowley Rotary Club and various fundraising efforts for the Alzheimer’s Association, she supports the community on many levels.
